User Agreement

Before you may become a member of ProToProshop.com, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of March 1, 2008, for all current users, and upon acceptance for new users.

Using ProToProshop.com

While using the Site, you agree:

• To post items in an appropriate category and delete items from your inventory page in a timely fashion either as they are sold or by updating your inventory list weekly.
• That you will sell all items you list to another member of this website for your wholesale cost plus a reasonable amount for shipping and handling.
• That you are a member of the PGA of America and either own your own Golf Shop or have the buying authority for your Golf Shop.
• Use the site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our site.
• Ship items sold by you, to the purchasing Golf Professional, within 1 Business Day of payment being made.
• Be able to furnish your resale certificate number to fellow members you are doing business with to facilitate their wholesale trade record keeping.
• Not to manipulate the price of any item, list items at prices below wholesale cost or interfere with other members listings.
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm ProToProshop.com, or the interests or property of its users.
• Agree to notify us immediately if you have problems with any member of this site. Every member of this site agrees to treat the other members (Golf Professionals) with respect and courtesy.
• Agree that any recurring problems with your listings or refusal to sell listed inventory as reported by other members may result in the suspension of your membership.

Abuse of ProToProshop.com

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website and take technical and legal steps to keep users off this site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

Fees and Services

The annual membership fee for ProToShop.com is $79.95 a year. You may set up your payment with the automatic recurring billing program for convenience. Fees may change as we add more services to this site or as the need arises. Changes to the annual fee will be in effect immediately for new members or upon membership renewal for existing members.

Release

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (our officers, and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Privacy

We will not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We store and process your information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. You can access and modify the information you provide us by signing-in to your account.
